Biography
Prof. habil. Camelia Tulcan is affiliated with the University of Life Science "King Mihai I" from Timisoara, Timișoara, Timiș County, Romania, where her work encompasses education, research, and laboratory management. She serves as Head of the Antioxidant Systems Research Lab at the Horia Cernescu Research Unit and Head of the Quality Management Service Evaluator in the National Register of the Romanian Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education, Veterinary Medicine Commission (ARACIS). Additionally, she is a Member of the Administrative Board of the Romanian Standardization Association (ASRO). Her research contributions include significant work on sustainable and nutritionally valuable food solutions, exemplified by her most-cited publication on lupin-fortified bread (2022), which has received 57 citations, among her 14+ indexed publications.
