Overview
Decision Support Systems (DSS) for Precision Agriculture are computer-based systems that help farmers make the best decisions for their crop production. They use data gathered from modern farming technology, such as sensors, satellite imagery, and soil analysis, to assess and analyze crop performance, soil conditions, and weather patterns. The system then provides farmers with actionable insights and recommendations to help optimize yields and minimize losses. Precision Agriculture DSS helps farmers save time and resources by efficiently managing land and increasing crop yields. It also allows farmers to plan and monitor crop rotation, pest management, and fertilizer applications to maximize efficiency and profitability.
