How to Apply

To apply for membership, interested individuals or institutions can submit an email to [email protected]  with their full name, institutional or corporate affiliation, complete mailing address, and the journal(s) of interest. Our team will thoroughly assess each application and provide guidance for the next stages of the process.

Important Points to be Noted

• All membership benefits must be utilized within the active membership term.
• Unused services do not carry over to the next term unless explicitly stated.
• Early renewal is encouraged; members who renew before their current term expires will receive a 10% discount on renewal fees.
• Late renewals will result in a temporary suspension of services, and any unused entitlements will not be retained after the term has lapsed.
